One of many the perks of booking with me is that I'm exclusively yours--you will always know what to expect in regards to my experience and professionalism.

3. Do you have a wedding party minimum?
I have a wedding booking minimum of $1,300. This minimum includes wedding day and preview makeup and/or hair plus beauty services for wedding attendees. Travel and fees are not included in the minimum. This is to ensure that I can compensate for the supplies, tools, and time that I am spending doing your hair and makeup. Take a look at my bridal packages to make the most of your investment! If you're unable to meet the minimum, feel free to look into my other services like hair or book an additional service for your mom / bestie. Weddings can still be booked if beauty services do not meet the minimum as long as the difference is met.

5. Do you offer hair services?
Yes, I offer hair services! For services for the bride, I offer makeup only for the bride or hair and makeup for the bride. Wedding attendees can receive makeup services. Wedding attendees can also receive hair services if the bride has booked both hair and makeup with me. I've invested in several hair trainings from global stylists from around the world including Tonya Stylist, Kristina Gasperas, and Amanda Fiorita, and I've found my specialty in clean-chic hairstyles. My hairstyling consists of polished hairstyles: clean or lightly tousled buns, soft glam waves, bouncy curls, and effortless half-up styles. If you're interested in hairstyling, please inquire about it during the booking process!

The services I offer at the moment are:
Bridal Makeup
Bridal Makeup and Hair
Wedding Attendant Makeup and/or Hair

Special Event Hair and/or Makeup

5. Do you offer airbrush makeup?
Traditional makeup has innovated tremendously in recent years and I find that this makeup application type is the BEST way to achieve my signature classic and refined look. However, brides who wish for airbrush makeup can request this option at the time of booking for an additional $75. At this time, I'm not able to offer airbrush makeup for the bridal party. This is to make sure that we can stay on schedule and avoid running over time on services.

6. Can you provide services for my destination wedding?
While I live in Baltimore, Maryland, I serve brides all over the DMV and wherever your love is! I have family in Boston and Connecticut, and frequently visit them so if you're from here, there's a good chance I might be in your area during the year. If you're in states like Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or the surrounding areas, please inquire about your date and let's get talking! I travel from zip codes 21224, 06033, and 06795-- whichever is closest to you.

Some New England places I would LOVE to do your hair and makeup are Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, Newport RI, Portland ME, Kennebunkport ME, Montauk!

7. What makeup products do you use?
I use only high-end luxury products on clients. Some of the products in my kit are from lines like Charlotte Tilbury, Fenty Beauty, Rare Beauty, and Nars Cosmetics. Additionally, I have super sensitive skin so I've done thorough research and have even made sure to try out all the products on myself first--only using skin-friendly ingredients. If you have any allergies to makeup ingredients, please let me know ahead of time before the trial. Further, the type of makeup style that I apply on clients is glowy with a satin finish. If you have very oily skin or are getting married on a hot day and not getting on-site touch ups, I highly recommend bringing a compact powder (Fenty Retouch Blurring and Blotting Pressed Powder or Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Finish Powder are my favorites) so you can touch up throughout the day.

8. Can you do a natural wedding makeup look?
I specialize in effortless, natural and soft glam makeup and hair. My makeup is for you if you want to look like an enhanced version of your authentic self. When people look at you, I want them to compliment you first; then your hair and makeup. My bridal makeup is all about enhancing your natural beauty to achieve a timeless and effortless look.

9. Can you do my makeup for a photoshoot or special event?
I provide hair and makeup services for weddings, photoshoots, special events and anything else you can think of! Have a group of 3-4 besties getting ready for a gala or charity event? Let me know and I can travel to you!

If you're a stylist or personal assistant looking for beauty services for your client, please complete the inquiry form to book!

10. What does a bridal preview look like?
BEFORE BOOKING. Once your date is saved in my books, I'll reach out via email 4 months before your wedding day so that you can schedule your bridal trial, or bridal preview as I like to call it! Preview because we are collaborating to refine and preview your bridal look-- and because the term, "trial" just sounds like I'm in a court room lol. If you booked hair with me, we'll also be doing a hair preview! When preparing for your preview, read through my Bridal Beauty Guide to help you make the most of your investment. It includes skin tips, such as how much water to drink, what to eat/avoid eating, products I've used on myself that I love, and facials I recommend for smooth skin.

Bridal previews typically last 90-120 minutes per service and occur at my home studio in Canton, Baltimore on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays--I try to take off on Mondays and work Friday-Sunday. If you booked both makeup and hair, please reserve at least 4 hours. To reflect your wedding morning, I highly recommend that brides book their previews in the late morning or early afternoon so you can see how the makeup wears throughout the day. Free street parking is available and typically easy to find on my block or nearby streets.
DURING. Yay! Now, we get to hang out with each other for a few hours! I always hold a thorough consultation with brides before any makeup is applied and hair is styled at the preview. I want to know everything about your history with makeup and hair such as:
-
What your daily haircare/skincare/makeup routine is
-
How often you do your hair and makeup
-
Pictures of what you look like when you do your makeup
-
If you've ever gotten your hair and makeup done professionally
-
And those are just a few of the questions I'll ask!

Please, please bring inspiration photos! Inspiration pictures can be from Instagram or Pinterest, but I always love if you can find an inspiration photos from my portfolio. Review my Bridal Beauty Guide for more advice about finding realistic inspiration pictures. Throughout the trial, we'll discuss more about your preferences and desired look. We'll go through multiple rounds of feedback so that you leave my chair loving your look.

AFTER. I'll reach out a few days later about how your makeup wore and if you'd prefer any changes since leaving my seat. Please be as honest as possible so that we can make your look perfect!

11. Do you have an assistant to help with large bridal parties?
While I'm a one-person team, I have additional artists (depending on availability) who occasionally help with large parties or short timelines. Additional artists on my team have a booking fee of $200, which helps compensate for the hiring, booking, and training processes. If my second artists are unavailable, I will provide a list of artists who you or your planner can reach out to for assisting with your bridal party hair and makeup.

11. Do you offer concierge touch ups?
I offer on-site concierge touch ups for brides who would like support with their hair and makeup throughout the day. Touch ups may look like applying blotting powder, fixing your veil, or applying another layer of lipstick. I highly recommend a few hours of touch ups during photos and the ceremony if you are prone to oily skin or are getting married in warmer months. The style of makeup I specialize in has a glowy look with a satin finish. If you find that concierge touch ups are not an option for you, I recommend bringing a compact powder (e.g. Fenty Retouch Blurring and Blotting Pressed Powder or Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Finish Powder) so you can touch up throughout the day. Concierge touch ups can be provided at $150/hour.
